It is very easy to create TNAs from an Excel® format in WEBTnA. Each users updation of their activities help our users to organize their regular tasks. We have been using WEBTnA for a while and found it to suit our needs well. We wanted something where we could see task in a daily view. WEBTnA accomplished that goal in an easy to read and navigate format. The complete team is on the-same-page (same data available to all). WEBTnA helps us to organize our day when we do not have physical planner at hand. Helped me to remember important and vital tasks that help sort out and also able to sort out the delayed tasks by colour coordination. It allows us to set daily reminders for advance and delayed task by email. Very useful! TnA overviews, managers overview + evaluation of employee / team / business unit performance is a useful tool to assess performance by user / team / BU. Ease of checking historical information (e.g., with claims): Can easily maintain and check our record with all the details in one screen. We are "Learning", seeing patterns where things are going wrong. No need to ask for information vis-à-vis having it always available. We are showing TnA system to buyers.
